Kimberlie Staheli

President, Principal Engineer, Ph.D., and P.E. 
Kim specializes in trenchless engineering with expertise in geotechnical evaluations, feasibility studies, trenchless designs, constructability reviews, development of plans and specifications, pre-qualification packages and expert witness work. 

She also specializes in a wide range of trenchless technologies, including:
  • Microtunneling
  • Horizontal directional drilling
  • Pipe ramming
  • Pipe jacking
  • Pipe bursting
  • Auger boring
  • Open-shield pipe jacking
  • EPB tunneling
  • Slip-lining
  • UV Cure CIPP lining 
Kim served on the board of directors of the North American Society of Trenchless Technology (NASTT) for seven years, including chair for two years. Kim is a member of the executive sub-committee of the International Society of Trenchless Technology (ISTT).

Kim is very passionate about trenchless technology and loves to discuss advances in the technologies. She would enjoy hearing from you!

Kim’s favorite thing in life is being a mom to her two lovely daughters. She especially loves to laugh and sing with her girls. She also enjoys traveling and exploring different parts of the world and experiencing new cultures.

Brad Moore

Brad Moore

Vice-President, Principal Engineer, and P.E.
Brad is a principal engineer with extensive experience as a civil/water resources engineer with project management experience on numerous, multi-disciplined teams for municipal infrastructure projects including planning, design and construction of water lines, storm and sanitary and CSO conveyance systems.

He has experience in managing multi-disciplined pipeline design teams, including conventional open excavation and trenchless construction methods.

Brad has 30+ years of experience with over 25 of those years working on numerous public infrastructure projects including over 15 major pipeline projects in Oregon and Washington. 

Brad is a trusted leader in trenchless technology design and is well-respected by owners in the Pacific Northwest. His breadth of experience on pipeline projects with trenchless elements makes him an asset to any pipeline design team.
   
Brad loves college hoops and you can always count on a lively conversation about the Sweet 16 with him. He enjoys attending live sporting and music events. Brad also loves spending time with his beautiful family, including two darling grandsons who always make him smile. 

Jake Andresen

Project Engineer
Jake is a geotechnical engineer who serves as a project engineer at Staheli Trenchless.

He is involved with feasibility analysis, design calculations, geotechnical analysis, cost estimating and assisting on project designs for a variety of trenchless methods.

These trenchless methods include microtunneling, horizontal directional drilling, pipe ramming pipe bursting, auger boring and UV Cure CIPP.  

Mr. Andresen holds an M.S. degree in geotechnical engineering and a B.S.E in civil engineering from Arizona State University. 

Jake is involved in a wide variety of projects at Staheli Trenchless and works hard to maintain positive client relationships. 

Jake enjoys running trails in the Cascade and Olympic Mountains in the summer and downhill skiing in the winter.
Jake Anderson

Pradip Kandel, E.I.T

Project Engineer 
Pradip is a graduate from Bowling Green University with a Master’s degree in civil engineering.

Pradip balances his time between STC risk management inspection services and providing technical design services. 

Pradip has provided inspections services for a variety of trenchless methods including key roles as part of the STC inspection team on HDD and open shield pipe jacking projects in Washington and California. 

When he is not hard at work, Pradip enjoys road biking on the many bike paths in the Seattle area and hiking in the Cascades.


Clayton Haines

Staff Engineer
Clayton is a Staff Engineer at Staheli Trenchless Consultants who assists in the design and analysis of a variety of trenchless projects: including HDD, Microtunneling, DSPT, and a number of rehabilitation methods. 

While working as a staff engineer, he completes design calculations, feasibility assessment, and geotechnical analysis alongside his work as a Risk Management Inspector. 

Clayton received his B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. 

Clayton enjoys spending his free time hiking and sailing in the summers and cooking and reading when it gets too cold.


Heidi Howard

Heidi Howard

Operations Manager
Heidi is the operations manager at Staheli Trenchless and the glue that keeps the company together and running smoothly. 

Heidi performs a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to, managing STC’s accounting and bookkeeping functions, human resources needs, marketing materials and proposals, and jumping in as support staff on project work when needed. 

In her spare time, Heidi can usually be found at the barn with her beloved horse, Junior, exploring the backroads in her Jeep, or strapping on skis and foolishly following her husband down a mountain.
